Refund Policy

The Bluegrass Bartender is committed to providing exceptional service for your events. Our Refund Policy is designed to offer clarity and transparency in our transactions. Please read through our guidelines to understand the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations.

Timeframe for Refund Requests

At The Bluegrass Bartender, we understand that plans can change. However, we do not offer refunds after a contract has been signed. If your event is cancelled or postponed, we are happy to hold a credit for within a reasonable timeframe that will be discussed. This policy ensures that you can still benefit from our services at a later date while respecting the booking commitments we make to our professional bartenders along with the time we have planned working around that date.

Fees and Deductions

If an event is cancelled 14 days before the scheduled date, a cancellation fee of $75 will be charged.  If cancelled 7 days before the scheduled date a cancellation fee of $125 will be charged. If the event is cancelled 24 hours before the event a cancellation fee of $200 will be charged.  This fee covers administrative costs and compensates for potential lost business opportunities. Please note that any cancellations made within 24 hours of the event date will only recieve partial credit. We know things happen and things come up so we will try to do the best we can to work with you.

Conditions for Non-Refundable Situations

The Bluegrass Bartender prioritizes legal compliance and the safety of all guests. If our staff observes minors consuming alcohol or if there are any instances of the host encouraging underage drinking, we reserve the right to cease service immediately. In these circumstances, no refund or credit will be issued, as such actions jeopardize our business license and legal standing.
